The Adventure that follows is true…
1. Mission
A. To conduct a professional, safe, and entertaining
weapon shooting event that provides shooters, vendors,
and spectators with a high quality adventure.
2. Location
A. ATF Form 5320.20 and 911 Address: 269 CR 9204,
Alpena, AR 72611 ( Carroll County). A sketch of the
physical layout of the weapons complex is located
in Appendix A, figure 1, Weapons Complex Layout. An
additional location map of the surrounding area is
also located in Appendix A, figure 2, Surrounding
Area. An additional map showing more detail of the
County Roads is located in Appendix A, figure 3, County
Road 920 and 9204 Detail.
B. Directions: Driving from the East
(Harrison, AR, 72601; Alpena, AR 72611): At the intersection
of Hwy 62 and 412, turn Left on Hwy 412 at the gas/convenience
store. Go 3.1 miles and turn right on CR 920 (paved).
Go 2.2 miles on CR 920 then turn right on CR 9204
(dirt). Go .25 miles to the gate on the corner/right.
C. Directions: Driving from the West
(Fayetteville, AR 72701; Huntsville, AR 72740): Drive
on Hwy 412/62 from Fayetteville, through Huntsville,
and to Marble. At the Marble “Kings River Country
Store” proceed another 19.9 miles to a left
turn on CR 920 (paved). Go 2.2 miles on CR 920 then
turn right on CR 9204 (dirt). Go .25 miles to the
gate on the corner/right.
3. Parking
A. Parking is available on the weapon complex property.
There are three primary parking areas. Separate areas
are allocated each for the spectators, vendors, and
shooters.
B. Spectator parking is on the right
as you first enter the range. Yellow rope marks the
appropriate parking locations and the centerline to
allow for orderly parking and traffic flow.
C. Vendors designated parking is near
the 40 x 60 pole barn. After unloading supplies and
merchandise all vehicles should be moved to the vendor
parking area.
D. Shooter designated parking is between
the pole barn and the firing line. Shooters may drive
to the firing line to off load equipment and weapons.
After unloading all necessary items the shooter vehicles
must be relocated to the parking area to the rear
of the firing line.
4. Cost
A. Firing Line Positions are $20.00 for a 12’
wide position for all days of the scheduled shoot.
Individual, shared, positions are $7.00 a day. Each
paid 10’ firing line position will be issued
two badges. These badges are for assigned individuals.
Additional badges are $5.00 each. Firing Line badges
are not transferable or refundable. Firing Line Badges
must be visible at all times when you are on the firing
line. Payment should be made to the following: JB

B. General Admission is $3.00 per adult
and $1.00 per youth under 12.
5. Range Safety
A. All visitors enter JB Trading Co Weapons Complex
at their own risk!
B. Additional Range Safety Information
can be found in Appendix B (To be Published –
TBP).
6. Security
A. JB Trading Co is not responsible for theft or loss.
It is each individuals incumbent responsibility to
secure their own weapons and equipment.
7. Rental Weapons
A. Rental of weapons will be approved through the
JB Trading Co HQ.
B. All spectators renting weapons will
be directly supervised by the responsible party. A
short safety briefing will be issued to each firer.
All normal range safety procedures will remain in
full effect and the owner of the weapon is responsible
for all infractions of the range safety policy and
the disciplinary actions.
C. THE PARTY RENTING THE WEAPON ASSUMES
FULL LIABILITY FOR ALL ACTIONS OF THE PERSON RENTING
THE WEAPON DURING THE COURSE OF THE RENTAL PERIOD.
8. Medical
A. ALL INJURIES OR ACCIDENTS ARE TO BE IMMEDIATELY
REPORTED TO THE JB TRADING CO HQ. AN INICIDENT REPORT
WILL BE FILLED OUT BY THE REPORTING INDIVIDUAL, INVOLVED
PARTIES, AND WITNESSES AT THE APPROPRIATE TIME IN
DEALING WITH THE INCIDENT.
B. First Aid Kits are posted at several
locations on the complex. Access to these kits for
routine cuts, scrapes, injuries, etc… is to
be granted by JB Trading Co. personnel only.
C. First Aid Kits can be accessed by
any JB Trading Co personnel or visitors to the complex
as needed for EMERGENCY medical situations.
D. Emergency service is provided in
the vicinity by 911 of Carroll County, AR. Additional
911 services are provided out of Boone County, AR.
The physical address is 269 CR 9204, Alpena, AR. Refer
to Section Two, LOCATION, for directions for emergency
personnel. All emergency personnel to include ambulance,
fire, and law enforcement have been provided a strip
map to the weapons complex.
9. ATV’s and Mule’s
A. All ATV’s, MULES, and like motorized transport
must be approved by JB Trading Co HQ. A pass will
be issued for each vehicle and must be maintained
with the operator of the vehicle. A safety briefing
and rules will be issued to the driver/owner. Violation
of the safety briefing and/or rules will result in
vehicle use being revoked.
10. Photography and video
A. All still photography is allowable, along with
digital movie clips taken on digital, still, cameras.
No fee is required to be paid.
B. All video taken by camcorders and/or
other digital collection methods can only be used
for personal home viewing. All copy rights are held
by JB Trading Co.
11. concessions
A. Concessions are available on the weapons complex.
Visitors and shooters may bring their own refreshments
for personal consumption. No outside refreshments
may be sold without prior approval of JB Trading Co
HQ.
12. Communications
A. Cellular phones is the primary mode of communication
on the complex. Cingular provides the best service.
Alltel provides marginal service. These are the two
primary carriers in the vicinity and no information
is available on other providers.
13. Facilities
A. Wash points are located in the vicinity of the
pole barn and the concession area.
B. Trash receptacles are posted throughout
the complex. Shooters and visitors are encourage to
throw away all trash.
14. Camping and lodging
A. Camping is initially reserved for shooters and
vendors. Shooters and Vendors have priority in reservations
up to 30 days prior to the event. At that time it
is first come first serve on remaining camping facilities.
B. A Camping Badge will be issued to
all paid campers. The camping badge should be displayed
while in the designated camping area. The display
of the camping badge is to help control access to
the camping area and increase security.
C. 110 V electrical is available for
camping needs. Receptacles consist of standard duplex
receptacles. No 30 – 50 Amp plug ins exist for
campers and RV’s.
D. Portable generator use is restricted
to use from 0700 to 2300. Generators that have a “quiet
run” feature can be used .
